About Us
We specialize in creating personalized products on many different items. Our business is solely sublimation-based! Meaning, the ink is infused into the fibers of the items we personalize for you. No tearing, ripping, or peeling! We appreciate you taking the time to check out our shop! Let us make something special for you!
We're a small business owned by a husband and a wife. We started due to our passion for crafting. Our ideas took off from there and we decided to start our own business!
Services
We offer many different items to be personalized.
Our website has apparel, magnets, keychains, coasters, makeup bags, puzzles, tumblers, mugs, can cooler sleeves, photo slate rocks, mousepads, waffle hand towels, and key hangers.
Some extras that we offer but are not listed on our website are - dry erase boards, pencil holders, hitch covers, license plate covers, bag tags, bottle sleeve coolers, color-changing mugs, frosted beer steins, and shot glasses.

There is no spot during checkout to add your image. if you're wanting something personalized with your own image, you'll need to email us your image at unhingedcreations20@gmail.com with your name, order number, and item you purchased.
If you see an item you like, but there isn't a personalized option, please email us and we can get it personalized for you! Don't hesitate to reach out to us.

None of our items are charged for tax!
If you want a design that we do not show on our website, please email us and let us know what you're wanting and we can look for that certain image for you! We are open to tons of designs!
Any of our items can have any design on them. Meaning, if you like a cardinals logo you saw but it's on a onesie, we can put it on a shirt, coaster, tumbler, etc. If this is something you're wanting, please email us the design(s) and item(s) you would like it on at unhingedcreations20@gmail.com.
*Don't Forget* if you've purchased an item(s) that requires a personal picture(s) of yours, you need to email the picture(s) to us at unhingedcreations20@gmail.com along with the order number, name, and the item(s) you purchased.
Our items are not dishwasher safe. We will not exchange, refund, etc. items that have not followed these instructions. Each package comes with care instructions that should be met. Our items are personalized, therefore we do not do exchanges or refunds of any kind. Thank you!

Q: Can you add any message or image on anything?
A: Yes! Depending on the product that is being personalized, we can determine what will look best! We have specific colors and fonts you can choose from as well.

Q: How do I get you the images you need to be used on the products?
A: Email the images to unhingedcreations20@gmail.com along with your order number, name, and the item you purchased.
Q: Do you add tax?
A: No! None of our items are charged for tax!
Q: What is the turnaround time?
A: 1 to 2 weeks! Remember, these are all personalized so we need extra time to make your product memorable!
Q: Can we personalize a design that isn't on your website?
A: Yes, under legal circumstances. If you want a design that we don't show, you can email us what you're wanting and we can look it up and see if we can get that for you!
